TL;DR
D365 CE/CRM Developer (Dynamics 365): Designing and delivering enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions from solution design through implementation with an accent on custom functionality, integrations, and technical architecture. Focus on leading greenfield CRM projects, providing customer-facing technical guidance, and mentoring junior developers.

Location: Fully remote across Europe; candidates must be based within Europe

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 gross per annum

Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Microsoft business applications and cloud technologies, with a 90+ employee Microsoft delivery practice.

What you will do

  • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions from the ground up.
  • Lead technical architecture and solution design across customer projects.
  • Build custom functionality, integrations, and extensions within Dynamics 365.
  • Work with Functional Consultants to deliver customer requirements across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance in customer meetings and lead technical delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior developers.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
  • Experience leading technical architecture and solution design.
  • Previous experience mentoring or supporting other developers.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Must be based within Europe.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
