Senior Technical Consultant (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform)

What you will do

• Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for Customer Service, Sales, case management, workflow management, and custom business scenarios.
• Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and PCF controls.
• Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies, and application lifecycle management processes.
• Design Azure integrations and collaborate with developers on plug-ins, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and related services.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements, solution approaches, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Support planning, estimation, sprint delivery, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, security, environment management, and solution management.
• Experience designing or integrating Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Solid understanding of C#, .NET, Dataverse plug-in development, JavaScript form customization, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile and sprint-based delivery, plus strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or intelligent automation experience.
• Power Pages design and governance or Power Apps Component Framework experience.
• Power BI data modeling, dashboards, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, or Data Lake experience.
• Experience delivering solutions in regulated or public-sector environments.
