What you will do

• Develop, configure, test, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights solutions.
• Build CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, web resources, and scripts.
• Develop SOAP, XML, and REST API endpoints and integration patterns for connecting Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Build and maintain Customer Insights artifacts supporting the Marketing team.
• Identify and resolve application bugs, contribute to code reviews and CRM customization standards, and maintain technical documentation and support playbooks.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, business users, clients, and product teams to deliver roadmap initiatives and resolve problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent applicable experience.
• 5+ years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamics 365, CRM SDK, and custom Dynamics CRM plugins.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Agile/Scrum, and Azure DevOps source control.
• Experience designing, maintaining, and implementing web applications that interact with databases.
• Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job; fluent spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM cloud environments.
