What you will do

• Develop, configure, test, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights solutions.
• Build CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, web resources, and scripts.
• Configure Customer Insights artifacts supporting marketing initiatives.
• Develop SOAP, XML, and REST API endpoints and integration patterns for external systems.
• Identify and resolve application bugs, contribute to code reviews, and apply CRM customization standards.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, business users, and clients throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamics 365, CRM SDK, and custom Dynamics CRM plugins.
• Hands-on knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with agile development, Scrum, source control, and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM cloud.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
