Senior Software Engineer (Dynamics 365) (m/f/n)

Location: Hybrid working from Warsaw or Kraków, Poland

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for complex business processes.
• Lead architecture and integration initiatives connecting Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.
• Drive platform upgrades, migrations, and environment modernization.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, technical discussions, and long-term technology strategy.
• Mentor engineers and promote quality, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and effective use of AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript or TypeScript, and SQL.
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.
• Professional English proficiency and availability for hybrid work in Warsaw or Kraków, Poland.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Apache Kafka.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
