What you will do

• Facilitate effective Scrum and agile ceremonies, taking corrective measures when needed.
• Monitor team metrics, including velocity, OKRs, and team health, while identifying inefficiencies and removing impediments.
• Advise, mentor, and coach agile team members and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, self-organization, and agile values.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and agile team to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog.
• Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve agile processes.

Requirements

• Expertise in Scrum, Scaled Agile processes, and related techniques gained from leading agile teams in different environments.
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership at both individual and team levels.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, analytical, and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset, emotional intelligence, openness, and collaborative working style.
• Ability to connect product technology, architecture, delivery processes, and agile practices.
• Ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• PSM, SAFe, PMI, or ICP certification.
