Scrum Master (French Speaker)

Location: Hybrid, twice a week in Porto or Lisbon; candidates must be based in Portugal.

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and support self-organization and accountability.
• Drive continuous process improvement across Scrum teams.
• Act as a strong communicator and mediator between stakeholders.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain Agile documentation.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• English fluency at B2 level.
• French fluency at B2 level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model twice a week in Porto or Lisbon.
• Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
