What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support effective software development team delivery.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.
• Manage virtual teams working across different time zones.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and support communication at all levels.
• Navigate complex delivery challenges while maintaining focus on team success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile software development teams.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an international environment and managing virtual teams across time zones.
• English at B2 level or higher is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Agile certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Experience in payments or financial services.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
• Availability for occasional short business trips abroad.
