What you will do

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team productivity and delivery momentum.
• Promote SAFe best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise government personnel on process standardization and delivery execution.
• Support backlog flow, work prioritization, and accountability for team deliverables.
• Partner with Product Owners and engineers to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Agile project delivery or Scrum leadership.
• Expertise with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading teams supporting automated application deployments and scaling.
• Proven experience in complex enterprise or federal software development environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government clearance.

Nice to have

• SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or comparable Agile certification.
• Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
• Technical background supporting engineering-led software development teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or Business.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
