Scrum Master (Remote) from Romania

Location: Remote from Romania; in-office work may be available depending on the position and team.

Payment: €100–€500 per day, depending on the project and experience.

What you will do

• Guide one or more development teams in Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and coordinate dependencies and risks across cross-functional teams.
• Work with Product Owners to align teams with priorities and objectives.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuously improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Romania and have an SRL or PFA for the B2B agreement.

Nice to have

• Experience in software development or software engineering.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
