Enterprise Risk & Compliance Program Manager

Location: Hybrid in Buffalo, New York, with the option to work full time onsite at a hirify.global U.S. facility; preferred location is East Aurora, New York.

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise risk and compliance assessment programs.
• Design future-state processes aligned with policies, regulatory obligations, risk appetite, and operational needs.
• Implement enabling technology, role-based training, micro-learning assets, and communications to support global adoption.
• Maintain governance artifacts, including charters, RACI matrices, risk registers, SOPs, process maps, and control documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Track KPIs, KRIs, control effectiveness, and maturity progression while coordinating audits, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• More than six years of program or project management experience, including implementation and optimization of risk and compliance assessment programs.
• Experience working with industry standards such as ISO 31000 and COSO.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills across functions, cultures, regions, and time zones.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Planner, or Project.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; the role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certifications such as CRMP, CRISC, or GRCP.
• Understanding of organizational change management.
• Experience with enterprise risk and compliance assessment platforms or reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience developing communications that drive adoption and sustainment.
