What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of complex, transformational technology programs from planning through delivery.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, and business leaders to define executable roadmaps and strategic outcomes.
• Sequence work across teams while managing dependencies, risks, issues, trade-offs, budgets, and delivery commitments.
• Translate complex technical programs into clear plans, decisions, and executive communications.
• Use KPIs and delivery metrics to monitor program health and support informed decisions.
• Hire, coach, and develop program managers while improving program management standards and practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering teams or functional areas.
• Experience managing complex roadmaps, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Technical fluency with software delivery, engineering practices, and operational needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience mentoring, developing, and leading program management talent.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of program management experience, including complex software delivery initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining talent.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent education or work experience.
