Regulatory Program Manager

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $114,700–$194,900 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise regulatory change programs and strategic initiatives across financial and non-financial risk domains.
• Partner with business, technology, data, infrastructure, operational, and compliance teams to implement regulatory solutions and mitigate risk.
• Manage program plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings while supporting decision-making and program execution.
• Develop reporting, metrics, and business intelligence solutions to track program performance and progress.
• Communicate program status, risks, escalations, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, and regulatory change management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, governance, and risk management practices.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional, enterprise-wide regulatory or transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Professional project management or change management certification.
• Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and change management practices.
