Senior Email Marketing Manager (Email Marketing)

Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at the UK Head Office in Lenton, Nottingham, 1–2 days per week

What you will do

• Develop the long-term email marketing strategy and deliver promotional campaigns.
• Manage and develop a small team focused on increasing email engagement.
• Understand customers’ positions in their Warhammer journey and identify engagement opportunities.
• Support subscriber acquisition, customer engagement, and long-term loyalty.
• Improve customer experience through personalization, segmentation, and regionalization.
• Keep email practices current through new technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in email marketing.
• Experience using marketing, sales, and customer retention systems to deliver targeted campaigns.
• Ability to create personalized, data-driven content across customer touchpoints.
• Ability to work to shifting deadlines and drive a team to deliver results.
• Ability to work from the UK Head Office in Nottingham 1–2 days per week.
