Email Marketing Specialist (SNOV.IO)

Location: Remote; Monday–Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm BST

What you will do

• Plan, design, and execute targeted email, multi-channel, and multi-wave campaigns using SNOV.IO, Beefree, and related marketing tools.
• Build automated workflows, nurture journeys, and multi-step cold outreach funnels that drive engagement, conversions, and qualified leads for sales.
• Write compelling email copy and create visually appealing campaign assets.
• Analyze open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other KPIs to optimize campaign performance across global regions.
• Audit digital assets, implement remediation plans, and improve campaign operations and efficiency.
• Maintain subscriber list hygiene, deliverability, GDPR compliance, budgets, reporting, and collaboration with content, design, sales, and product teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaigns.
• Expertise with SNOV.IO and Beefree, or similar email automation and campaign design tools.
• Strong copywriting, cold outreach, and data funneling strategy skills.
• Proven experience delivering high-converting campaigns.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Analytics.
• Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of additional marketing automation or design tools.
