Product Owner (Data Engineering)

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX, United States. Domestic relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $128,470–$192,710 per year.

What you will do

• Manage project planning and execution across concept, prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages.
• Develop project schedules, reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and related documentation.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog according to business value.
• Communicate priorities and product vision to Scrum and technical product management teams.
• Make decisions about product features, manage change, and support timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct product ownership experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Extensive experience with Azure DevOps is required.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, connectivity, data ontology, annotation architecture, data quality frameworks, data lifecycle, storage, and digital thread traceability.
• Experience with decision-making, organizational leadership, program management, change control, and problem management.
• Must be based in Dallas, Texas, United States.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Knowledge of Confluence and Power BI.
