Product Owner (Hybrid) - 28619

Location: San Antonio, TX, US; hybrid with onsite work at the customer site 2–3 days per week. Travel of up to 25% is required, including CONUS travel and OCONUS travel as necessary.

Salary: $115,716–$160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead analytics and application development supporting U.S. Air Force cyber operations on the government-owned Big Data Platform.
• Gather customer software requirements, translate them into development roadmaps, and troubleshoot platform and application issues.
• Operationalize Big Data Platform capabilities in customer workflows and support user training, adoption, and acceptance of new features.
• Manage customer relationships, provide project and leadership updates, and coordinate with engineering, development, marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
• Track DevSecOps pipeline delivery against customer targets and timelines.
• Support business development through opportunity identification, proposal activities, market analysis, and solution partner networking.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
• 9+ years of experience in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a bachelor's degree; equivalent alternatives include 7 years with a master's degree or 13 years with a high school diploma.
• Prior government or military experience with MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force AFCYBER, or 10th Fleet/Navy Cyber.
• Experience managing complex technical projects or programs and understanding government budgets and acquisition processes.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, presentation, organization, interviewing, and MS Office skills.
• Security+ certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire; availability for customer-site work and travel is required.

Nice to have

• DoD 8140/8570 compliance certifications.
• Experience with software engineering, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• Technical experience with system requirements, solution design, and estimation.
• Previous Big Data Platform experience.
