What you will do

• Maintain a prioritized, transparent, and organized product backlog aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between engineering, product management, and architecture teams.
• Engage directly with customers to solicit feedback and represent the voice of the customer in product decisions.
• Manage inter-team dependencies and mitigate risks to ensure consistent delivery cadence.
• Present product progress and value during sprint reviews and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience or Master’s with 6+ years.
• Proven expertise in Agile Product Ownership, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, including executive leadership and technical teams.
• Experience breaking down complex technical requirements into concrete outcomes.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Understanding of mainframe ecosystems (COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, Endevor).
• Experience with modern developer tooling (VS Code extensions, CLI, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of AI/LLM integration in corporate environments.
• Familiarity with modern collaboration workflows using GitHub.
