FX Product Manager - Global Payment (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and implement client-facing FX products for cross-border remittance and cross-border e-commerce.
• Develop scalable product solutions for multi-country and multi-currency transaction scenarios.
• Optimize FX product features and customer experiences across local markets.
• Design customer acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns, marketing platform capabilities, and business monitoring metrics.
• Select and manage external partnership channels in collaboration with BD, compliance, and legal teams.
• Coordinate with compliance, legal, operations, and finance teams on licensing, regulatory filings, partner-bank filings, and cross-border declarations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above and 3+ years of relevant experience in financial or payment institutions.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments and the FX industry, including key participants, business models, and product forms.
• Experience designing and operating client-facing products centered on customer needs, business processes, and transaction scenarios.
• Strong data analysis and product abstraction capabilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across business, trading, R&D, compliance, finance, and external partners.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and self-driven approach in complex environments.

• Experience with cross-border remittance products.
• End-to-end product implementation or growth operations experience.
