What you will do
- Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the growth middle-platform, including campaign, task, incentive, loyalty, segmentation, targeting, configuration, and analytics capabilities.
- Lead the design and delivery of consumer growth products and business-facing operational tooling.
- Build experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics for measurable and optimizable campaigns.
- Partner with SEO, ASO, referral, affiliate, paid, regional, trading, listing, content, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Establish intake, prioritization, and governance processes across competing internal customers.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers while raising the standard of product management practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing product managers.
- Experience owning a multi-quarter roadmap and building shared growth infrastructure such as campaign engines, task systems, incentive platforms, or loyalty programs.
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate fragmented growth tools into reusable, configurable, self-serve systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, data fluency, campaign analytics, experimentation, and prioritization skills.
- Experience delivering products across complex cross-team dependencies in a global organization.
- Must currently have the right to work in Singapore and must not require visa sponsorship from OKX.
Nice to have
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or other regulated consumer products.
- Hands-on SEO or ASO strategy experience.
- Experience building business-facing operational platforms or internal tooling.
- Experience applying AI or LLM tools to growth operations, analytics, or product workflows.
