Senior Product Manager, Global Payment (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define the product vision and strategy for global payment infrastructure, including U.S. Dollar and S.G. Dollar payment rails.
• Develop the roadmap for onramp, offramp, and settlement capabilities across Wallet and Platform products.
• Research customer pain points and design payment and settlement solutions for regional and cross-border use cases.
• Integrate with banking partners and payment service providers to improve payment capabilities and reliability.
• Build internal tools and workflow automations for treasury and stablecoin operations.
• Lead a cross-functional product development team and track product performance, processing costs, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• At least five years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with payment rails, fiat collections and payouts, stablecoin onramp and offramp solutions, and cross-border payments.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven record of launching products and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, stakeholder influence, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Development.
