Project Manager, R&D Team (AI)

Location: European Region; workplace: hybrid. Optional offices, remote-first flexibility, and relocation support are available.

What you will do

• Develop and implement full-life-cycle R&D projects and initiatives.
• Plan and control timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholder expectations, and feedback.
• Gather, clarify, and document requirements for R&D and AI initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organize and standardize workflows, frameworks, best practices, and tooling for AI-related projects.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance stakeholders on regulatory requirements for R&D and AI initiatives.
• Manage project teams, documentation, reporting, performance analysis, acceptance of results, and deadline control.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience managing technology projects, ideally in R&D or innovation-driven initiatives.
• Knowledge of and experience in the fintech and cryptocurrency industries.
• Experience gathering requirements in fast-evolving environments, including AI/ML initiatives.
• Familiarity with data protection, compliance frameworks, and regulatory considerations for fintech, crypto, and AI projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and process-management skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• PMI certification.
• Exposure to AI governance or AI-related regulatory frameworks, such as the EU AI Act.
