Middle Project Manager (Operations and Delivery) (Software Delivery/Operations): Managing a portfolio of company-level projects that improve software delivery, organizational effectiveness, cross-functional alignment, and internal operating systems with an accent on planning, governance, and process optimization. Focus on coordinating Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations stakeholders, managing risks and changes, and delivering OKR, PDLC, SDLC, and RACI improvements at organizational scale.

Location: Ukraine or Europe; hybrid work is available, with the option to work remotely or from the Kyiv hub.

What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of company-level projects from scope definition through delivery.
• Create project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and manage changes to scope, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and OKRs and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Improve project documentation and organizational processes using PDLC, SDLC, and RACI practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in an IT environment.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning, prioritization, coordination, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Practical experience with PDLC and SDLC frameworks, project documentation, risk management, and change management.
• Experience creating project plans, schedules, resource plans, RACI matrices, and status reports using OKRs and KPIs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools, plus the ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions.
