Project Manager

Location: Lviv, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, or Ternopil, Ukraine

What you will do

• Support day-to-day project coordination, administration, documentation, reporting, and project data maintenance.
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards and track action items, dependencies, follow-ups, risks, blockers, and deadlines.
• Organize meetings and selected Scrum ceremonies, including agendas and follow-ups.
• Assist with budget maintenance, financial tracking, invoice preparation, resource planning, and staffing activities.
• Coordinate project team onboarding, offboarding, and selected HR and organizational processes.
• Escalate potential risks, blockers, and dependencies to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Practical understanding of Scrum ceremonies, roles, and delivery processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, written and spoken.
• Ownership, reliable follow-through, proactivity, and motivation to learn and take on greater responsibility.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SAFe.
• Experience with enterprise clients or larger project and program structures.
