Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - Illinois (Telehealth)

Location: Remote, US; Illinois licensure required

Rate: $80 per 45-minute visit plus administrative time

What you will do

• Provide individual synchronous video therapy to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop therapeutic interventions, and monitor treatment progress.
• Use between-session messaging and the EMR to support patients and communicate with the clinical team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation and support therapy programs for patient and community populations.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and maintain required licenses.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited program.
• Active license required upon hire, including LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, or PsyD; Illinois practice eligibility is required.
• At least 2 years of therapy experience and previous telehealth experience.
• Clinical experience serving trans and queer communities.
• Clear, compassionate communication and experience working with diverse patient groups.
• Strong organization, time management, independence, and ability to use virtual meeting platforms and new applications.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages.
• Willingness to pursue additional state licenses as service needs expand.
