Pediatric Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Fully remote across the United States; independent licensure required in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland. Availability is required after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $45,000–$95,000 USD annually; $45,000 base salary for a 20-hour-per-week part-time schedule, with additional earnings of $70 per clinical session beyond the base caseload.

What you will do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Build trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary and specialty providers, family members, and outside specialists when appropriate.
• Participate in clinical consultation and apply feedback to strengthen care.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records.

Requirements

• Independent licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.
• At least one year of experience providing direct individual therapy to children and adolescents.
• At least one year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based practices, clinical judgment, communication, and documentation.
• Technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
• Availability after 3pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
