Mental Health Therapist (Wisconsin)

Location: Superior, Richland Center, Minocqua, Hayward, Ashland, or Green Bay, Wisconsin; full-time residents of the United States only. Must have office space to see clients in the Wisconsin area.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Deliver care through in-person sessions at a private or group practice and virtual appointments.
• Apply evidence-based treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when needed.
• Use measurement-based care and promote skills practice.
• Collaborate with Lyra's clinical consultation and care navigation teams.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree from a clinical track, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with independent practice authority and no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments and following clinical best practices.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Full-time United States residency and office space in the Wisconsin area are required.
• In-person care delivery is strongly preferred.
