Mental Health Therapist (1099 Contractor) (Pennsylvania)

Location: Bedford, Hazleton, or Cranberry, Pennsylvania; applicants must be full-time residents of the United States and have office space in Pennsylvania. In-person care is strongly preferred, with virtual care also available.

What you will do

• Provide culturally responsive, evidence-based therapy to children, adults, couples, and/or families.
• Manage caseloads spanning mild to complex and severe mental health needs.
• Apply treatments such as ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to crises when needed.
• Deliver care in person through a private or group practice, with virtual care also supported.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical-track program, such as MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, or PsyD.
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license with independent practice authority and no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments and following clinical best practices, including measurement-based care and skills practice.
• Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a strong preference for in-person delivery.
• Office space in the Pennsylvania area and full-time residence in the United States.
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
