Partner Engagement Manager

Location: On-site in Honolulu, HI, at Joint Base Pearl-Hickam

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Serve as the customer's trusted technical partner and maintain power-user-level expertise in the hirify.global platform.
• Translate product updates into practical customer workflows and provide ongoing, role-specific user training.
• Identify workflow gaps and drive adoption through hands-on configuration, coaching, and optimization.
• Lead or support military planning exercises and coordinate responses to product incidents with customers and product engineering.
• Communicate user needs and product improvement recommendations to the product team.
• Coordinate planning across commands and support expansion and upsell opportunities with Allies and Partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading operational planning in a military context, preferably at a multi-star headquarters.
• Experience with large staff planning through Professional Military Education or military service.
• Familiarity with major military planning exercises and software deployment protocols on classified networks.
• Experience expanding a software or technology solution within a customer location and supporting customers both face-to-face and remotely.
• Strong technical skills for mastering the application, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with customers and engineering teams.
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to access Department of Defense facilities and installations required.
