Sr. Finance Manager - Deal Desk (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States; must be based in the United States and currently not hiring in Hawaii

Salary: $166,000–$192,850 in starting total cash, including base salary and bonus; equity and bonus offered

What you will do

• Guide growth strategy as an individual contributor within the finance function.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations on complex deals and strategic decisions.
• Evaluate deal trade-offs and develop strategic forecasts.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Balance short-term efficiency with long-term business impact in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance.
• At least 2 years of transactional finance experience, such as corporate development, deal desk, private equity, or investment banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, pricing analysis, and contract economics skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Experience in healthcare or relevant consulting.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CPA.
• Experience with contracting vehicles, payor dynamics, EAP, or value-based models.
• Experience in a high-growth marketplace or scaling company.
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, or go-to-market teams.
