What you will do

  • Sell laboratory products and solutions by phone and electronic media from the office.
  • Manage inbound leads from dedicated accounts and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Prepare offers, support project execution activities, and track tenders.
  • Provide application and technical advice to customers.
  • Manage business activities in SAP CRM and develop knowledge of laboratory products and services.

Requirements

  • Croatian and Slovenian written and spoken language skills are required.
  • Very good English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field, laboratory experience, or B2B sales experience.
  • Target-driven sales approach with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

  • Experience using SAP CRM tools.
