What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets.
- Perform outreach to key decision-makers using phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions with their needs.
- Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- **Fluency in Croatian and English is required**.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Naturally curious and eager to continually grow and develop.
