Location: Fully remote within Greece (Athens, Patras, Thessaloniki)

What you will do

  • Manage the full business development cycle from first contact and lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct meetings, and draft contracts for potential clients.
  • Use AI tools to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and potential new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to design relevant solutions.
  • Track and report personal KPIs while collaborating with leadership on strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B experience in Sales, Account Management, or Growth roles, preferably in tech.
  • Fluent English (C1–C2), both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and AI-driven tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Must be based in Greece.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or BPO environments.
  • Background in outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
