What you will do
- Own and optimize CRM operations via HubSpot, including pipeline structure, lead lifecycle, and data hygiene.
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team of 5+ representatives through regular performance reviews and mentoring.
- Manage a high-volume inbound lead flow, optimizing distribution to maximize conversion and efficiency.
- Establish and audit communication standards for call-based sales with US-based clients.
- Drive sales performance using data-backed initiatives, tracking conversion rates, close rates, and revenue per rep.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience with a strong record of revenue growth.
- 2+ years of managerial experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or similar CRM systems for operational reporting and pipeline control.
- Experience managing high-volume inbound sales in B2C or B2B environments.
- Fluent English proficiency for working with US-based clients.
- Availability to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
