What you will do

  • Own a broad book of business, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Articulate the DevSecOps value proposition to align with customer business outcomes.
  • Document and maintain accurate buying criteria, processes, and pipeline data.
  • Analyze wins and losses to share root-cause insights with internal teams.
  • Provide account leadership across pre- and post-sales by partnering with technical and customer success teams.
  • Contribute product feedback and ideas to the public issue tracker to represent the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Proven success in software sales, ideally within a commercial market context.
  • Ability to guide customers through complex buying journeys and define clear next steps.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience maintaining accurate pipeline data and account plans based on evidence.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and presenting to customer stakeholders.
  • Interest in open source software and familiarity with software development tools.
