What you will do

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into closed deals.
  • Conduct high-volume client communication, with 80-90% of interactions via calls.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project estimations.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
  • Maintain precise records, pipeline updates, and communication history in HubSpot CRM.
  • Ensure professional and timely communication with U.S.-based clients.

Requirements

  • English: C1+ or near-native spoken proficiency for daily US client calls.
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience, specifically in full-cycle closing roles.
  • Must be able to work full-time in the New York time zone (8:30 am - 5 pm).
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.

  • Experience working specifically with the US market.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical details of custom architectural glass products.
