What you will do
- Convert qualified inbound leads into closed deals.
- Conduct high-volume client communication, with 80-90% of interactions via calls.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project estimations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Maintain precise records, pipeline updates, and communication history in HubSpot CRM.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with U.S.-based clients.
Requirements
- English: C1+ or near-native spoken proficiency for daily US client calls.
- 2-3+ years of sales experience, specifically in full-cycle closing roles.
- Must be able to work full-time in the New York time zone (8:30 am - 5 pm).
- Previous experience working in a remote environment.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
