Account Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of existing B2B customers as the primary point of contact.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and understand their business needs and priorities.
• Drive customer retention, satisfaction, engagement, and product adoption throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Identify and develop upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor account health, feedback, risks, and opportunities, taking proactive action.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead customer meetings and business reviews, and manage commercial and contract discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role within a B2B organization.
• Experience managing and developing strategic or enterprise customer accounts.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, identity verification, fintech, or a related industry.
• Strong commercial, communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
