What you will do

• Serve as the main contact for key merchants and coordinate their needs with internal technology and product teams.
• Lead regular business reviews and collaborative workshops covering performance metrics and new AI capabilities.
• Identify portfolio growth opportunities and align commercial strategies with merchant goals.
• Drive upsells, cross-sells, and expansion of visual asset volumes across product, lifestyle, and localized marketing imagery.
• Manage escalations and resolve operational, technical, and contractual issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of account management experience, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or SaaS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to resolve escalations across organizational levels.
• Understanding of commercial e-commerce workflows.
• Baseline understanding of generative AI visual creation tools and interest in the visual AI market.
• Ability to resolve sensitive contractual and operational bottlenecks with a client-first approach.
• Fluent German and English skills required.
