What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring seamless experience and long-term satisfaction.
- Lead contract renewal discussions, recommend service upgrades, and maximize customer value.
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on account growth and upsells.
- Manage relationships during implementations and onboardings, liaising with installation and internal teams.
- Conduct frequent on-site visits, business reviews, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or similar role.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S..
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and implementation teams.
- Industry knowledge in transportation, logistics, or security solutions preferred.
