2nd Line IT Engineer (6 month fixed term)

What you will do

• Resolve complex incidents and service requests escalated from 1st line through HaloITSM.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networking platforms.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, Fortinet, and Cisco environments.
• Support starter and leaver processes, including hardware configuration, account setup, and equipment returns.
• Provide on-call support on a shift rota for P1 incidents 24/7.
• Guide 1st Line IT Engineers and create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience providing 2nd line IT support and resolving escalated tickets.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and networking equipment.
• Ability to support users and external clients in a fast-paced integration environment.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 P1 incident on-call rota.
