Senior Associate - Infrastructure (Finance)

What you will do

• Create marketing materials, presentations, quarterly reports, webcast materials, and investor letters.
• Analyze large data sets, maintain investment and performance data, and manage investor pipeline details.
• Respond to investor inquiries, RFPs, and DDQs, and prepare materials for meetings and conferences.
• Complete monthly and quarterly reporting for funds and accounts.
• Prepare competitor analyses, market mapping materials, and go-to-market plans for new products.
• Support product strategy, client engagement, relationship management, and workflow improvements using AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record; an MBA is preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in alternative asset management, investment banking, and/or capital formation.
• Strong knowledge of finance, credit, and private markets.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, writing, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial concepts, manage multiple projects, and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, integrity, and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of global infrastructure markets, including digital, power and energy, transition, and transportation and logistics sectors.
• Experience with infrastructure assets and deal structures.
• MBA qualification.
