Implementation Specialist (French Market)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid with in-person work 3 days a week and residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub required

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform that automates business travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and spend management for more than 12,000 companies.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for Premium and Pro customers throughout implementation.
• Gather customer requirements and define tailored onboarding and change-management strategies.
• Configure customer accounts, support integrations and open APIs, troubleshoot technical issues, and validate platform setup.
• Own implementation timelines, rollout plans, risks, issues, and coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct executive and company-wide training sessions and provide adoption guidance.
• Monitor post-implementation booking behavior and recommend improvements for long-term customer success.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in implementation, sales, customer care, account management, project management, or a related field.
• Fluent French and English are essential, including strong comprehension, writing, and verbal communication.
• Experience managing and delivering complex projects.
• Working knowledge of technical concepts related to integrations and open APIs.
• Strong project management, persuasive communication, technical and business acumen, and customer-centric quality control skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, process optimization, prioritization, and continuous-improvement abilities.

Hiring process

• 20-minute screening call with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
• 30-minute Hiring Manager call, followed by a one-hour practical assessment presentation.
• Interviews with the IS Country Manager and an in-person culture-fit interview at the Barcelona hub.
