Implementation Engineer (AI)

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office for team members near key hubs

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of integration projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and manage project plans, identify risks and blockers, and protect delivery timelines.
• Lead customer governance, stakeholder communications, agendas, action tracking, and senior relationship management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, and Analytics to remove obstacles and meet agreed go-live dates.
• Translate API, JavaScript, JSON, web, and database concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track portfolio health and delivery metrics and improve implementation playbooks using project learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise customer projects.
• Experience running multiple concurrent projects, building structured plans, and delivering them on time.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
• Working technical fluency with API integrations, JavaScript, JSON, and web or database technologies; hands-on development is not required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, proactive ownership, and experience holding cross-functional teams accountable.
• Experience working in a multinational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments or ecommerce.
• Proficiency with SQL or Python.
• Experience with customer segmentation or analyzing trends in large datasets.
