Senior Regional Application Engineer (Analog ICs and Power Management)

What you will do

• Work with account managers, business development teams, field application engineers, distributors, and sales representatives to increase and accelerate Business Group ICS design pipelines across Europe.
• Provide expert technical support and training, and advise customers on relevant Business Group ICS products and roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with customer design engineers directly and through distributors.
• Create engineering design assistance materials, including application schematics, demo boards, simulations, models, evaluation systems, and technical documentation.
• Support marketing initiatives, contribute technical content, and represent hirify.global and Business Group ICS at customer and industry events.
• Coordinate with regional application engineering teams and application teams across business groups to promote the hirify.global product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in design engineering and application engineering, depending on educational credentials.
• Deep technical understanding of analog ICs and power management ICs, including customer design challenges when integrating them into applications.
• Experience with automotive, server, industrial, and commercial applications.
• Familiarity with electronic product design processes, including component selection and qualification.
• Basic skills in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and good German language skills.
• Willingness to travel.
