(Sr.) Regional Application Engineer (Power Management)

What you will do

• Increase and accelerate the Business Group ICS design pipeline across Europe with account managers, business development teams, FAEs, distributors, and sales representatives.
• Provide expert technical support and training on relevant products and roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with customer design engineers and support customer-facing application activities.
• Create engineering design assistance materials, including application schematics, demo boards, simulations, models, and evaluation systems.
• Support marketing initiatives, represent the business group at industry events, and contribute technical content for design engineering communities.
• Coordinate with regional application engineering teams across business groups to promote the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in design engineering and application engineering, depending on educational credentials.
• Deep understanding of analog ICs and power management ICs, including customer integration challenges.
• Experience with automotive, server, industrial, and commercial applications, as well as component selection and qualification.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English and good German language skills required; willingness to travel.

• Experience with power management and related technologies.
• Basic skills in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
