Product Manager, Cloudflare Network Interconnect

What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and evolution of the hirify.global Network Interconnect product line.
• Represent customers, build customer relationships, and incorporate feedback into product decisions.
• Develop and communicate a scalable product vision for current and future customer needs.
• Make data-driven roadmap, prioritization, and success-measurement decisions.
• Translate customer observations into use cases, requirements, and a prioritized product backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to align teams and deliver the product.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience making deployment decisions based on data, including experience with safe change or closely related technology.
• Experience with distributed systems and scaling deployment across increasing volume and internal customers.
• Experience presenting products and features to customers and communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong customer empathy, communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, consensus-building, and execution skills.
• Experience with large and complex datasets, SQL, Postgres, Prometheus, telemetry pipelines, metrics, traces, and modern observability platforms.

Nice to have

• BS or MS in a technology- or business-related field.
• Experience with command-line tools such as curl and dig.
• Scripting or programming experience with Python or Go and experience with web frameworks.
