Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - US

Base salary: $152,000–$228,500 per year, with potential incentive compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, priorities, roadmap, and operating model for digital takedown capabilities.
• Assess workflows, service performance, escalations, and customer pain points, then drive immediate and sustained improvements.
• Prioritize high-impact takedown types and convert complex operational requirements into scalable product workflows.
• Partner with Engineering and AI teams on validation, evidence collection, authorization, submission, monitoring, escalation, verification, and reporting.
• Work with Legal and external experts to address false positives, liability, authorization, policy requirements, and regional differences.
• Build relationships with registrars, hosting providers, platforms, and disruption partners while measuring adoption, retention, monetization, and customer impact.

Requirements

• Direct experience executing, designing, or leading digital takedown services across the full takedown lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of how takedown execution varies by threat type, provider, platform, geography, evidence standard, and legal or policy basis.
• Experience with phishing, malicious sites, domain abuse, impersonation, trademark or copyright infringement, social media abuse, or exposed code and data.
• Experience turning manual operations into product strategy, requirements, workflows, and scalable technology.
• Technical fluency with APIs, automation, AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Ability to align Product, Engineering, Legal, Support, and commercial teams and exercise sound judgment around customer impact, false positives, and liability.
