Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, California, or Bellevue, Washington

Salary: $304,000–$437,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of Snowflake's transactional data engine, optimizing the relationship between Snowflake Postgres and Unistore.
• Define the vision and strategy for a differentiated OLTP product portfolio and drive new product investments.
• Align Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations to launch products and support large-scale adoption.
• Integrate transactional capabilities with Snowflake's AI portfolio, including Cortex, Apps, and AI-powered interfaces.
• Develop partnerships with application and AI platforms to position Snowflake's OLTP products as a preferred database solution.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing product management team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with a record of significant business growth.
• Experience leading product portfolio strategy in complex, high-growth enterprise software environments.
• Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Ability to lead product initiatives from 0-to-1 through large-scale adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations.
• Experience managing and developing product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
