Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, California or Bellevue, Washington, United States

Salary: $304,000–$437,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect the strategy and execution of Snowflake’s unified transactional portfolio with the goal of building a $1B+ business.
• Lead the evolution of the transactional data engine, optimizing the relationship between Snowflake Postgres and Unistore.
• Define the vision and strategy for a differentiated OLTP product portfolio, including new products and partnerships.
• Align Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations to launch products and drive large-scale adoption.
• Integrate transactional products with Cortex, Apps, and AI-powered interfaces.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing product team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience with a record of driving significant business growth.
• Experience leading product motions from 0-to-1 through large-scale adoption.
• Experience with product portfolio strategy in complex enterprise software environments.
• Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms such as Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Experience developing ambitious product vision and strategy and delivering measurable outcomes at scale.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and product team management experience.
