What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for cloud infrastructure and AI platform capabilities.
• Partner with engineering teams to define requirements for scalable, cloud-native systems.
• Drive improvements to the end-to-end developer experience, including APIs and documentation.
• Define and track key product metrics related to adoption, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Security, and Finance.
• Support the rollout and adoption of infrastructure capabilities through clear communication and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Must be based in Illinois
• Strong track record delivering platform or infrastructure products.
• Technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML infrastructure patterns.
• Experience with modern observability concepts, including metrics, logging, and tracing.
• Ability to translate complex technical constraints into actionable stories for engineering teams.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
