Senior Product Manager - Cloud & AI Infrastructure

Location: Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $140,000–$210,000 annual base salary, plus an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Own and evolve the roadmap for assigned cloud infrastructure and AI platform capabilities.
• Define product requirements for scalable, cloud-native systems and translate technical constraints into actionable delivery stories.
• Improve the end-to-end developer experience through standards, APIs, documentation-as-code, guides, and samples.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Finance, Product, partner developers, and AI Research teams.
• Support rollout and adoption through communication, documentation, and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Strong track record delivering platform or infrastructure products from discovery through delivery.
• Technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, AI workloads, performance, and reliability.
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP and AI/ML infrastructure patterns across compute, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with observability practices including metrics, logging, tracing, alerting, and service-level indicators.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, Markdown, analytics platforms, Jira, Confluence, or Productboard.
• Experience with cloud-native development, feature management, experimentation, iterative delivery, and Agile methodology.
