Principal Product Manager - Data Security (Hybrid)

Location: USA - New York, NY; hybrid, with at least 2 days per week on-site

Base salary: $160,000–$250,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Understand customer needs and pain points to define valuable data security products.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, delivery, R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Manage senior stakeholders and maintain alignment on product initiatives.
• Partner with delivery and R&D teams to validate feasibility and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies and successful product launches.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience leading complex products in a large organization.
• Experience in data security or cloud security is preferred.
• Experience working with global teams and managing products for international markets.
• Flexibility to work across US time zones and travel internationally occasionally.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Proficiency in English is critical.
