Senior Project Manager - IS

hirify.global has an Information Systems department focused on enabling business operations and technical teams through effective systems and tools.

What you will do

• Own Information Systems projects end to end and remain accountable for delivery results.
• Research unfamiliar subject matter and define project scope where requirements are unclear.
• Create plans, run meetings, document progress and issues, and report to management.
• Coordinate business operations teams, end users, technical experts, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Challenge assumptions, correct project direction when needed, and ensure systems and tools are implemented on time and to a high standard.
• Adapt project delivery methods between Agile and Waterfall according to the project phase.

Requirements

• Strong project management expertise with the ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to research new topics, build subject-matter knowledge, and make informed decisions.
• Structured approach to planning, documentation, issue tracking, and management reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project approaches.
